BPI Media Group celebrated its 30th Anniversary on April 1, 2009 with an open house at the Boaz, Alabama headquarters. Over 100 customers and business associates attended the event. Vendors including Athens Paper, Mac Papers, Pitman, and Strickland Papers were present with gifts and various presentations for attendees to acquire information about their particular products.

Since 1979, Boaz Printing has worked hard to earn a name synonymous with service, quality and reliability. With the addition of services such as digital printing, variable data, mailing, fulfillment, design and cross-media marketing, they are no longer just an ink-on-paper printer. Boaz Printing, Inc. is now BPI Media Group. This name change will give their current, as well as prospective customers, a more comprehensive idea of the many ways in which BPI can assist with graphic communication projects from beginning to end.

Boaz Printing received the Forest Stewardship Council Chain-of Custody Certification on January 24, 2008, making them one of the first printers in Alabama to earn such a certification.

The Sustainable Forestry Initiative recently awarded Boaz Printing a Chain of Custody Certification. This makes Boaz Printing the first printer in Alabama to be earn such a certification.
