Our Bindery

Bindery services are at the final stage of the print production process. We incorporate many stages within in one department alone. Depending on your print job, we may use one or more steps in completing the job depending on what your job calls for. Usually the first step in the process is for the piece to be cut or folded. For instance, books are folded and then cut after they have been bound together. If it is a flat piece, such as a brochure,it may be cut down and then folded for it's final step. As you can see depending on the job there are many variations to finish this stage of the print production on process. Boaz Printing carefully checks the job when it is brought in to make sure that the proper sequence is followed making your job run smoothly and minimize mistakes. The ability to produce large quantities of books with precision is the result of the right equipment complimented by an experienced staff. Most print companies have to outsource their binding work, but ours stay at home, with few exceptions. Our M�ller Martini perfect binding equipment is capable of binding 3,500 books per hour, and a spine width of up to 1.625"(15/8).

Combined with state-of-the-art direct to plate imaging, superior printing, your book is guaranteed to be a work of art. Boaz Printing manufactures many periodicals and books each month. Our 6 pocket M�ller Martini saddlestitcher is well ready to take on your smaller publishing challenges, as well. It is capable of 7,000 books an hour and trims in the finish, so they're ready to go as soon as they come off the machine. If it's a GBC or wire-o, no problem, we do many specialty jobs every day.
